Welcome Neighbors!

Graystone of Almaden is a voluntary Neighborhood Association organized to serve the needs of our neighborhood – needs that would be difficult for us to meet individually. Officially, we are a nonprofit public benefit corporation and are not organized for the private gain of any person. Currently we have approximately 80% of the 157 homes as members of the Association.

Our Articles of Incorporation state that we are organized to provide information and services to the homeowners of the Graystone development including:

Activities and projects to improve the character of the neighborhood
Improve and enhance safety
Provide social activities and programs to help neighbors know neighbors
Enforce code, covenant and deed restrictions
Maintain common areas
