Welcome Neighbors!
Graystone of Almaden is a voluntary Neighborhood Association organized to serve the needs of our neighborhood – needs that would be difficult for us to meet individually. Officially, we are a nonprofit public benefit corporation and are not organized for the private gain of any person. Currently we have approximately 80% of the 157 homes as members of the Association.
Our Articles of Incorporation state that we are organized to provide information and services to the homeowners of the Graystone development including:
- Activities and projects to improve the character of the neighborhood
- Improve and enhance safety
- Provide social activities and programs to help neighbors know neighbors
- Enforce code, covenant and deed restrictions
- Maintain common areas
