Our major social event of the year is planned for Sunday, October 11, starting at 5:00 pm, on Boulder Mountain Way.  This is your opportunity to meet and/or reconnect with neighbors!

We have secured our favorite caterer for the event — Sergio Coyote BBQ Catering. Sergio will be cooking up some fan favorites. We will start with appetizers at 5:00, followed by dinner around 6:30. Dessert and coffee too!

Bring your own chair and beverage of choice along with $25/pp. Children under 10 are free as are all new neighbors — consider it our welcome to the neighborhood gift.

The $25/pp charge is payable in cash or Venmo at the event.

An RSVP will be sent out at the beginning of August.
