SUMMARY:2026 Dumpster Day
DESCRIPTION:We will be holding the always popular dumpster day on Saturday\, October 10\, starting at 8:30 am.  The dumpster will be picked up no later than Noon.  The dumpster will be located on Boulder Mountain Way.  Given that the dumpster can fill up fast\, large items should be brought to the dumpster early. \nAlong with dumpster items\, we will collect hazardous waste for recycling .  We can accept batteries\, paint\, chemicals\, e-waste and light bulbs.

SUMMARY:2026 Summer Picnic
DESCRIPTION:Our major social event of the year is planned for Sunday\, October 11\, starting at 5:00 pm\, on Boulder Mountain Way.  This is your opportunity to meet and/or reconnect with neighbors! \nWe have secured our favorite caterer for the event — Sergio Coyote BBQ Catering. Sergio will be cooking up some fan favorites. We will start with appetizers at 5:00\, followed by dinner around 6:30. Dessert and coffee too! \nBring your own chair and beverage of choice along with $25/pp. Children under 10 are free as are all new neighbors — consider it our welcome to the neighborhood gift. \nThe $25/pp charge is payable in cash or Venmo at the event. \nAn RSVP will be sent out at the beginning of August.
