SUMMARY:2025 Summer Picnic
DESCRIPTION:Our major social event of the year is planned for Sunday\, August 24\, starting at 5:00 pm\, on Boulder Mountain Way.  This is your opportunity to meet and/or reconnect with neighbors! \nWe have secured our favorite caterer for the event — Sergio Coyote BBQ Catering. Sergio will be cooking up some fan favorites. We will start with appetizers at 5:00\, followed by dinner around 6:30. Dessert and coffee too! \nBring your own chair and beverage of choice along with $25/pp. Children under 10 are free as are all new neighbors — consider it our welcome to the neighborhood gift. \nThe $25/pp charge is payable in cash or Venmo at the event. \nAn RSVP will be sent out at the beginning of August.

DESCRIPTION:We will be holding the always popular dumpster day on Saturday\, August 23 starting at 8:30 am.  The dumpster will be picked up no later than Noon.  The dumpster will be located on Boulder Mountain Way.  Given that the dumpster can fill up fast\, large items should be brought to the dumpster early. \nAlong with dumpster items\, we will collect hazardous waste for recycling .  We can accept batteries\, paint\, chemicals\, e-waste and light bulbs.

DESCRIPTION:We are changing things up a bit this year for our summer get-together.  The event will be more informal and less expensive as we allocated funds to try our the license plate reader. \nAt 6 pm\, 3 Hermanos Mexican Grill will be serving several different food options.  At 7 pm\, Bay Area Ice Cream Catering will be offering ice cream sundaes. \nBring your beverage of choice and a chair along with $20/pp.  Young children under 10 are free.  Coffee and tea will be served to wrap up the evening.  An RSVP will be sent out soon.

DESCRIPTION:On Saturday morning\, September 23rd\, we will hold Dumpster Day along with hazardous waste recycling.  Drop off begins at 8 am and we will close no later than 11 am.  Acceptable items include e-waste and mattresses.  Please do not bring items that can be recycled in your blue bins or refrigerators/freezers.
